This 14-in-1 USB-C Computer Hub Docking Station is universally compatible with laptops that have a Type-C port supporting video output, data output, and charging. When using dual displays, the video output will be 4K if your devices support that resolution, so be sure to use an HDMI 2.0 or higher cable. For single display, if you want HDMI1 to output 4K@60Hz, your laptop needs to support DP1.4 output.

To ensure enough power for external devices or multiple displays, plug in your laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting. Use a PD charger with more than 65W, and make sure the USB-C port of the source laptop supports the PD protocol.

The built-in chip will work at full capacity by default when using the HDMI and DP ports, which may cause the Dongle to heat up, but this is normal and within the acceptable temperature range of 150°F.
